How cancellations and refunds are handled on the platform.
You can cancel an upcoming booking from your dashboard. Navigate to Dashboard → Trips, select the booking, and click Cancel.
Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance you cancel. Details are shown before you confirm the cancellation. In general, earlier cancellations are more likely to receive a full refund.
If an owner cancels a confirmed booking, the renter receives a full refund automatically. Repeated cancellations by owners may affect their listing visibility and standing on the platform.
