Soaring Society of America

The Soaring Society of America (SSA) is a national organization dedicated to promoting soaring, providing resources for glider pilots, supporting training, and advocating for the sport. It offers information on learning to soar, glider flight schools, pilot ratings, safety, and events, but does not operate its own flight school or aircraft rental fleet.
