Flying Fitness is Amarillo's premier Aerial Fitness & Aerial Arts Studio, established in 2014. They offer classes in Aerial Silks, Aerial Lyras, Aerial Bungees, and Aerial Yoga for all ages (4+) and skill levels, from beginners to elite performers. The studio focuses on building strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence through aerial acrobatics.
