Edwards Aero Club’s Flight Training Center

The Edwards Air Force Base Aero Club provides an environment to support the Air Force mission and encourage participation in professional aviation training programs by offering safe, low-cost aircraft operations. It promotes camaraderie and morale through aeronautical skill development and appreciation of aviation principles. The club offers flight training from introductory flights through private, instrument, commercial, and instructor ratings, training students to the highest standard with safety foremost. It serves military personnel in non-flying jobs, civilian employees, retirees, contractors, and family members, with about 150 active members.
