Compass Aviation seeks to provide a passageway for aviators that is clear and straight, a way to move them quickly and directly from flight training to mission service. Their objectives are to provide future missionary pilot/mechanics with aviation experience to gain flight hours and maintenance proficiency, help candidates reduce training debts by providing flight hours at little to no cost, and offer time and flexibility to raise additional financial support for missionary training.
